If you’ve stumbled upon this website, chances are you have a “tech guy”
persona among your group of friends. What better way to impress your
buddies than bragging with your smartphone that is running a desktop OS.
If you didn’t know, it’s possible and quite easy to run Windows XP on
your Android phone. Hold your horses, you’re not going to re-invent the
wheel, as this feature is just a concept and doesn’t have any other
utility aside from making your friends think you’re cool.

Keep in mind that you’ll need a phone with at least 512 Mb of RAM and an
SD card with more than 2 GB of free space. Windows XP won’t run
fluently even on a high-end device as it’s not optimized for Android,
but the lag is manageable. The booting process will take about 10
minutes to complete but bear with me, it will be worth it in the end.
Step-by-Step Tutorial on Running Windows XP on Android
1. Download Windows XP .img file from this link.
1
2. As I said before, Windows XP will boot and run very slow so consider
using Windows 95 (image also included in the link) if you’re not patient
because it will boot much faster than windows XP.

3. Follow this link from your smartphone and download Limbo PC Emulator
to your device.

Google’s Play Store. After you’ve created an account, upload the file
from PC and download to your mobile device. Make sure to paste it in SD
card/limbo.
